Cabin for Aricaria's Contest

Moonlight Falls is where Irish Greene found the perfect Holiday cabin. It was on a private road with
a beautiful view and lake access. (removed existing cabin to build).

                                                                       
   The lot is small (20x20) but the balcony outside of the upstairs where his computer desk will be won Irish's approval. His chess set , book shelf and a bunk bed for guests fit also. The full bath is up there too. The balcony has a rocker for sitting and reading or taking a nap in the fresh air and an easel that was left in the cabin. Under the balcony is a small patio that holds his bicycle and his dart board. A clothesline for eco minded Irish ,a firepit that reminds him of cooking marshmallows as a kid with Grandma, and fruit trees and a few veggie plants. She would be proud of him for feeding them to get the best ingredients for his baking. a large recycle bin would make her happy too.

 As Irish moved his personal things into the cabin, Grandma was on his mind. He  had  joined the Navy for a short time.(Long enough to get a Tattoo) She passed away while he was overseas.

 When he returned home he found that her cabin was sold, but she had left him several things.

Its a short walk or jog to the lake access, and for Irish a perfect place to spend time outdoors. Wait till you see the view!!!

Lets go down the ladder

 A warm fire was a nessesity !

 

A painting that was Grandmas, her radio and old photo albums also warm the place with memories.

 

 

Irish loves this old couch he found.It was outside the dumpster not in it. Behind you can see the french doors to the bedroom.

In this top view you can see the baking oven which was Grandmas prize possession.The kitchen was the selling point for Irish. Grandma always had cluttered cabinets. She said everything she used should be out where it was easily accessable and that you really only need two bare cabinet tops. One for mixing and one for serving.

The washer is something Irish will want to replace. Everything is fireproof or unbreakable except the upstairs toilet is 38 percent done.

Eco Shelter

10x10 lot with basement built in Riverview. A self contained home with Solar paneled roof , wind turbine for low bills.Bread oven and grill only, oven has fog sphere set on low flame so it can be used for heat also.(pretend) Few plants inside and fruit trees outside will keep any prepper in peanut butter sandwiches and salad. Cheap washer. My eco Sim is unhappy with it he says it wastes water and wants a better one , but I will make him upgrade it first. If it still bothers him I will replace it. I put the large air conditioner under the roof as a generator and pipes for catching water in a barrel and plumbing. First bill was 149.00 simoleons Removed wall photos from wall for upload.

                                     The Caravelle

The Caravelle was built at 100 Redwood Pkwy in Sunset Valley. It has a 2 car garage, entryway to a large kitchen and dining area for entertaining.Laundry room, full bath, living room with door to outside where a small pool is. Few garden plants by the fence. Upstairs there is a chess table, painting nook. bedroom with 2 twin beds, master bedroom and full bath. I have 2 sims getting ready for College so there is a room with chemistry table, science machine and skeleton. I put a crib and bathinet in another bedroom.
