Built in Moonlight Falls on a lot I placed. Address is 70 N. Falls and has a lake behind the house.Living room has a fireplace, small wall tv with record player underneath where I hid a laundry basket for warm clothes changes. Forgot to test it as its still Summer. Kitchen and dining  room. The upstairs has one bedroom with double bed , fireplace and full bathroom that has a washer. Both burners are fireproofed. The house was built over an existing Michigan basement so a small outside shed was built as an entry to it so my sim could use it as a training room for her martial arts.
